In accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Sale, which you accepted at the time of purchase, we clearly state under the Shipping and Delivery section: "Shipping to countries not subject to VAT: Bike-parts-sea-doo.com has no influence on the amount of customs duties or taxes to be paid in the country of delivery. None of these taxes are included in the total amount of the order. These taxes will be invoiced to the Buyer only at the time of the importation of the goods in the country of delivery and the Buyer will have to pay them upon receipt of the parcel."
